I'm a Strategic Software Quality Assurance Manager with over 15 years of progressive leadership, partnering with frontend and backend development teams to establish test strategies, risk-based test plans, and quality processes that scale.

- ▸Championed Quality Culture by implementing Shift Left Testing and Automation First conventions, resulting in faster release cadence and fewer escaped bugs.
- ▸Managed up to 8 QA Engineers across 2 teams, servicing over a dozen cross-stack development teams — finding over 1,600 bugs across weekly app and backend releases used by millions of customers.
- ▸Led End-to-End testing for multi-platform hardware/firmware/software projects including 5 new cameras, several sensors, and dozens of new app features.
- ▸Wrote automated tests and Page Object Models for iOS and Android mobile apps in PyTest using Selenium/Appium Webdriver, eliminating the need to manually regression over 300 test cases.
